Colters Bar B Que offers a cozy atmosphere that's great for casual lunch or dinner. I recently stopped by and was pleased to find a clean environment with friendly staff.

I tried their brisket and it had a nice smokiness, though I wished for a bit more tenderness. The condiment bar was a fun touch - definitely added flavor! The baked potato, as always, was perfect.

A highlight was the dessert; I indulged in their pecan pie, and it didn’t disappoint!
