Apparently I gave it 4 stars 2 years ago.
But tonight 3/26 at around 11:50 pm a nice employee came outside to ask me if I was someone else, presumably someone who was still waiting for their food.
She 😍 had just given me my order not two minutes earlier.
I informed her I had already received my order but thanks.
She just gave this location an extra star from my point of view.

Whataburger is almost always great!!! I love Whataburger!! I almost always get the Whatachicken with cheese of course!! I only gave four stars this time because my husband was perfectly clear and all but spelled it out for her, in hopes that there were no mix ups, as she was standing next to our vehicle while taking our order.
He told her more than once to What-A-Size everything. She What-A-Sized everything except his order! My husband is a 6'3" big guy...so he was not happy at all.
So of course, I swapped my drink and fries with him. My point in all this is, when it comes to taking customers orders, no matter if it's fast food or a dine-in restaurant, it's always better for both employee and customer in the long run, if the employee would simply read back the order to the customer before actually placing the order in the system.
Yes it may take an extra moment to do this, but in reality it saves a lot of unnecessary wasted time and money and not having to deal with pissed off customers in the long run.
This should be a highlighted part of their training. I'm just saying...😲

I was so hungry! Not happy at all! The drive through was packed so I went inside to order to go! When I left the line was all the way to the street.
I spent about 10$ number 1 w/cheese.
The food was nasty cold not fresh.
The fries and the hamburger was cold.
The fries tasted like they have been cooked and left for the cold.
The hamburger was cold … the mayo tasted old spoiled and the cheese didn’t even melt.
I like to go to Whataburger but I will start doing a review on all the Whataburger that I go too.
I’m tired of have bad food from a place that is suppose to be good.
