This location is disappointing.
I had place an order online that I couldn't get since they took more than 30 min to let me know there was no chicken ready.
I had to go and I try to contact customer service and now they are telling me I can't have a refund.
Manager see to be busy to talk to since she was talking to employee on the back drive-thru since to work fine but the other others were really behind.
The restaurant needs to work on efficiency, customer service and cleanness.

I just ordered a #25 “ honey butter chicken biscuit” with hash browns and a small 12 oz coffee! Man this place is horrible, coffee is watery, honey butter biscuit is cold and dry, hash browns cold as well, no coffee was even made they made it as I was waiting for my food.
It’s the am we should have had some coffee made.
Worker was on her phone when I arrived with same gloves attended me at the register didn’t change them went to the back to handle my food and other customers food as well.
I ended up trading out my watery coffee out for an orange juice because I had to leave already.
