Whataburger

Got an alright burger and fries.
The sweet tea was fine.
Tried the spicy ketchup, and found out the taste profile there is not really for me.
Switched back to standard. Something doesn’t quite feel like home here anymore like when I was a kid in Texas.
Maybe it’s me. I always looked forward to our special trips to get food there.
Maybe bc we are nearly in a northern state here and don’t get the same ingredients, or the company has changed? Not sure.
I still have hopes to rediscover some of what I am missing tho. Not holding this against them but they were training a new drive thru operator during my order and he did fine.

Drive through (thru). Husband and I decided to grab lunch. Customer Service: Employee taking order had a difficult time understanding what was being said, had to repeat several times.
*See notes below regarding phone call with employee/management. Wait Time: Received our milkshakes and were required to pay before meals were ready.
Shakes were melted a bit.
Waited for roughly twenty four minutes for food, after paying. Expense: On the higher end for drive through fast food in the area. X-2 DBL meat burger w/lrg cheese slice, Med fri and milkshake. $29.08 Food: Fries were room temperature, cold to the touch in bag.
Hamburgers were good, aside from the expense and being at room temperature.
Shakes were somewhat melted due to being filled prior to receiving food order. Suggestion: Don't serve milkshakes before food is ready. Someone should be making sure the food is at the proper temperature before serving to customers. * Phone call with employee(s)/manager(s): Called and asked for a manager (per review guidelines, names cannot be used). First manager was rude, short, frustrated and seemed as if she didn't want to be there, or to listen to concerns. Requested to speak to another manager, who apologized profusely about the food and then went on to offer a free meal, plus dessert.
She mentioned that the other manager was busy helping team members at the time of my call. Recommendations: We do NOT recommend this business. With so many other options available in Clarksville, we will not be back.

Do not go here.
This is the third time they’ve given me the entirely wrong burger, & forgotten my sauce.
And on our Buffalo RANCH chicken strip sandwich they forgot the RANCH.
My burger was suppose to be a sweet n spicy bacon burger with no onions and add jalapeños, instead I got a burger that had mustard, ONIONS, no bacon, no bbq etc.
The person taking our order rushed us.
Oh and if you come here expect to wait 10+ minutes everytime even if you’re the only one in line.
This location was good for like the first couple weeks it was open.
Make the drive go across town to one of the other locations.
