Whataburger

Customer service terrible.
Food is okay.
The tea is sour.
Also missing items.
I had an extremely long day yesterday so when I got off work this morning I accidentally put my order for this location and not my normal one.
I’ll take the blame for that one.
However I called the store multiple times to let them know what had happened even the one I normally got to called no answer whatsoever.
Which means everything that happened could have all been avoided if the staff would have picked up the phone.
I love Whataburger I grew up on it.
Customer service and staff have always been friendly and accommodating.
This was not the case this morning.
The person at the window was rude and snooty.
They were aggressive about handing my order on top of I went to ask about the order and it was ignored.
I was already running behind to get home and get my daughter ready for school otherwise I would have gone back through and said something.
However I live an hour out and that just wasn’t feasible and my family comes first.
I will not be ordering or ever be getting food from this location ever again.
Not to mention there was no line it wasn’t even busy.
Which tells me the staff just didn’t care and they are there just for a paycheck not to provide excellent experience for the customer.

Do better is all I got to say.

Visited this location on7/7/24 at 9ish.
There were no cars in the drive thru and about two cars in the parking lot.
The boy that was working the drive thru was not friendly and he lied and cheated me out of a dollar of my change. My total was $8.30 I gave him a twenty dollar bill and 30 cents in change.
He gave me back $11.
The receipt shows he gave me back $11.85. When he returned with my food without any condiments or napkins I told him he owed me a dollar and he told me to hold on.
He handed me my dollar and I asked him why did he not give it to me and he said it was an extra dollar.
So I said, you knew you cheated me out my money? He didn’t say anything.
Yep, doesn’t make since I know.
There was no use to asking more questions because he wasn’t going to answer them. After thinking about it he probably couldn’t count.
Because the receipt shows I gave him $20.15 and my change was $11.85 even though he didn’t give me that amount back.

The service was perfect.
Everyone was polite, helpful and kind.
I had a chicken sandwich, fries and a sweet tea.
The chicken sandwich was spicy but I did not order it that way, the fries were way too salty, and the sweet tea was not sweet at all.
So the food was subpar at best so I will probably try it again but it won't be a regular spot I eat at probably.
