I recently dropped by West Coast Bento for a quick lunch, and while the experience was a bit mixed, there were some highlights!

The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal. I tried the gyoza and shumai, which were flavorful and reasonably priced. The chicken bento, however, was on the drier side and had a hefty portion of rice, which could use some greenery for balance.

Despite this, the friendly guy behind the counter made it a pleasant visit. I might give it another shot and hope for a better chicken experience next time! 🍱
