New remodel looks great.That's about the only nice thing to say.There's alwafoodlong wait for the food and I can never figure out why since it always comes out cold no matter how long it takes.I swore off this Wendy's but after the remodel I thought I'd try again.Very disappointing and consistently so.
The staff seem nice, but multiple times now they forget to put the Honey Butter on the Chicken biscuit.And they take forever to make them, waited 8 minutes this run.Please train the kitchen staff again...
Just picked up our order we had placed through the mobile app.Once we got there it was a long wait then we were informed they had no frosted at all and wouldn’t give us a refund for it.Manager refused to talk to us or work with us when I asked if they had a coupon so we could come back up since they wouldn’t refund she laughed at us while telling her employee she wasn’t dealing with it.Sad to see the people they have working there after it was just redone.Won’t be going back
