I'm tired of going through the drive through and being told to go park the car and they will bring my food out to me.
I'm sure it's to show they have a fast time for cars at the window but it takes longer to get food for the customers.
All fast food joins are doing this and it's wrong.
This Wendy's sucks.

This place is horrible at lunchtime and the priority for customers is online orders, drive-thru, then finally walk-ins which is what I did and it was a horrible mistake!! Not a lunchtime choice, this manager was doing everything!! The crew she had that day was so very 🐌 slow!!

The food was decent but service was lacking.
And I am not sure how they get away with ripping off the customers.
I order a $5 biggie bag as it was on the menu.
The cashier tells me my total is $6.35.
I ask how do we get to that total.
$5 plus tax is not that much.
She states that what it is.
She pushes the button and that's the amount.
I handed her $6 and said my amount should be less than that.
She hand me a receipt and says see I'm not over charging you but we will just call it even.
Then she proceeds to close the window.
Restaurant is charging $5.80 plus tax for a meal well advertised for $5.
And when questioned, customer gets an oh well attitude and does not get their correct change back.
