October 05, 2024I popped into Wendy's for a quick bite, and while the casual atmosphere was inviting, the service was scattered. My $5 Biggie Bag turned into a confusing ordeal - not only did I receive the wrong sandwich, but my fries were lukewarm and not as fresh as I'd hoped.
The staff seemed overwhelmed during the lunchtime rush. The manager was trying hard, but it was clear the team needed more support.
I appreciate their wheelchair-accessible features and family-friendly vibe, but they need a serious shake-up in the drive-thru! Maybe next time will be better...? 🍔
