Oh how the mighty have fallen, a week ago they were five stars, came back and now they are a hard 1 star.
Took forever, food was bad, no ice in the soda machine, they were rude, and the floor was as slick as an ice skating rink.

How pathetic.
All I did was order one spicy chicken sandwich.
This is the best they could do. There must be about eight people in there standing around, nobody in the line, and this is the trash they serve out the window. Rude, distracted, useless staff inside.
Yep, useless. Can't ever get a single order right.
Ever. I will never return to this location, and that's the only remedy there is for such disappointment. Wendy's has become bottom of the barrel in fast food in Jacksonville.

Food is not cooked fresh.
Burger patties were definitely cooked ahead of time and dry a.f..
Had to take my fries back because they were room temperature.
Tea tasted old a.f.
and coke tastes like it has limes in it because of multi mix machine.
It appeared from the amount of mud on the floor they had a busy lunch, so I'm guessing the tea wasn't old but the container was not clean.Steer clear!
