Red Stripe N' Ting offers a vibrant taste of Jamaican cuisine right in Jacksonville! I recently tried their jerk chicken and oxtail, and while the flavors were fantastic, the portion of oxtail for the price ($36) felt a bit skimpy. The plantains and rice with beans were delightful and perfectly seasoned!
The restaurant itself is clean and welcoming, though I found the staff could be a tad friendlier, as I felt rushed while ordering. Overall, it’s a great spot for takeout or a casual dine-in. I’ll definitely come back for that jerk chicken! 🌟🍗

Red Stripe N' Ting is a hidden gem for Caribbean food lovers in Jacksonville! 🌴 I recently tried the jerk chicken and oxtail, and the flavors were simply delightful. The plantains were perfectly cooked, and the rice and beans paired well - just what I was craving!
However, I did feel the portions could be a bit more generous for the price, especially the oxtail. It would be great if they could add a bit more to the plate next time! The atmosphere is inviting, clean, and the staff friendly, though service could use a little polish at the counter.
Definitely worth a visit for tasty Caribbean fare! 😋
