Really quite terrible service at this Wendy's most of the time.
Speed is an issue as well.
It shouldn't take over 10 minutes to get 1 person's worth of food.
Rude girl on the headset, as well.
Food was good though.

I live and work here in Ooltewah, TN.....
Wendy's is the only fast food place that has really amazing burgers, however my visit today was an embarrassment for Wendy's and horrible for me.
I've never left a bad review before but someone needs to Teach this Girl manners and/or Fire her.
The young girl that "greeted" me at the Drive Thru speaker was OVER THE TOP RUDE and Pissed Off before I Even said the first word to start my order.
She raised her voice and greeted me with " WHAT DO YOU WANT!" I was so thrown that I didn't know what to say.
In my delay of answering she again, RUDELY said, "I MEAN, WHAT DO YOU WANT!" I was blown away, thank goodness, another young lady that was working the window took over and was kind and didn't mind taking my order.
I was very kind when I got to the window to pick up my food, but I did see the rude girl, I gave her a smile and ask how she was.
Her response was " I'M READY TO GO".
She should not be working in the food service industry! I worked it for many years, she is a unhappy and Rude person that makes you afraid she might spit in your food!

Food was old and cold.
I called and Cassie asked me to come back for a refund all the way across town only to be told I couldn't get a refund when i get there.
Here is the kicker, the manager served us and didn't give a receipt.
I come back and he provides me one and stated his GM is off til the 19th.
Worst experience ever!
