Best customer service of any Wendy’s near downtown.
A lot of times at night they only will take mobile orders so it’s smart to download the app if ordering at night.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Went for super late night dinner due to a long drive and had a horrible experience.
Had to do everything through the mobile app because apparently coupons were down, got 2 pretzel baconators and they put NO BACON on them and didn't say anything because he said he thought we were DoorDash.
One burger was missing half a patty.
Not only did we watch somebody climb through the drive thru window but they absolutely refused to do a refund.
NO names from anyone.

Horrible service.
My husband and I ordered 2 baconater burgers and 2 biggie bags.
He had a promo scan code, we get to the window and the rude employee lady says I can’t scan that, my scanner been broke for over 45 days.
Didn’t offer to manually key in the promotion or nothing.
As the consumer it is not my problem that your scanner is broken.
Looks like a work order should’ve been put in.
Then she hands him our bag of food and I open it, as 1 does to make sure my order was all in there, she gave us BBQ sauce, I asked for honey mustard and ketchup and the rude employee said we ain’t got ketchup, and rolled her eyes like I bothered her to get honey mustard.
I don’t know who management is, but their presence is definitely needed.
Definitely never going back to this location again.
Worst service from any fast food I have had in a long time.
Super disappointed Wendys.
