There was only 1 person working the grill.Orders came out slow and there was a decent line of people waiting.The food was great.The Coca-Cola machine was out of quite a few drink choices.There were a few homeless vagrants asking for change as well.The A/C wasn't working properly either it felt better with a breeze outside than inside the facility.This is the second time in the past few weeks that me and my wife dined in at this particular location and it was the same issues then.
This Wendy’s is ridiculous we waited on a mobile order for over an hour.They didn’t have chill or anything to do fries or bacon fries.Then we finally got to the window and the employees are cussing out customers.Then the employee left and another employee came to the window and asked what was our order. Our order was placed around 1:25 mobile order it’s 2:35 and we still have no food.At this point we’re gonna cancel the order and spend our money somewhere else. If I could give 0 stars I would.Worst service I have ever experienced.
We had a large order and my crew liked the food.I think the fries need a little tlc but not major issues with the food.Burgers were good and so were the nuggets.Workers here were great and really handled our large order with ease.
