*6/6/2024 Ordered ahead in app for quick breakfast on the way to work since this is the closest thing not out the way.
Went inside to pick up.
I received 1.5 piece of biscuit on my sausage egg biscuit.
Broken, missing half the bottom of the biscuit - and it wasn't even fresh.
Why am I still coming here for this terrible food and service.

Including a drive thru breakfast visit with an old chicken biscuit with bad breading (pic below) and cold hash browns; old, cold chicken tenders with bad v breading; half filled, overpriced strawberry milkshake because I said "no whip" (see update section); cold, old fries on every order that I've had fries; and an apple turnover that was stale tasting and barely room temp.
It appears that they have now earned that 3 star, or at least I've now had the 3 star experience everyone else had.
They are on target with 75% of fast food places here - avoid them.
They have good app deals, but not even worth it anymore.
The workers that have decent customer service I haven't seen them lately.
There's always people working that ignore you coming in, even if it's empty, don't greet you, and poor attitude and customer service provided. *March 2024 Original: [[The store was excellent when first opened, now it is average, but definitely not like the terrible service like majority of all fast food in Fayetteville - they've not been open long and aren't a overall 3 star or less (yet).
A bad experience is likely to be shared.
Most of the employees are still decent - there's a few who go beyond.
The food is average.
Store is usually clean.
I've ate in once but pickup inside regularly.
Drive thru is average - the 2 lane system with 2 windows is good, but depends you could be waiting a lil while (they are faster than mcds, cookout & Wendy's).
Prices are okay, and they do have the value star meals.
Overall, they haven't burned me bad enough to quit them like majority of places in Fayetteville. They rip you off on the tenders almost every time I order them - giving you "tenders" literally the size of nuggets.
Plus, they are not the full-size tenders a very long time ago when you got the 10pc for 9.99 in the "to go tray."" Thankfully, this time, I didn't get "1 tender and some nuggets.
" The star burger has been cold every time I've ordered them, except once.
The chicken sandwiches are my go-to and are always good and haven't had a cold or old one yet.
They are hand breaded and are big fillets.
I've never had a cold or old turnover yet.
The m&s burger is good - haven't had a bad one yet.
The one time I ordered a cinnamon roll (before 12p), it was my last time - it was warm, but old and rock hard, and I threw it out - wasn't edible.
I order in the app ahead 98% of the time (good rewards and discounts, even enter the receipt for extra points), and 70% of the time the order is ready on time or close, but all the other times it is not ready (regardless of time of day) and you're having to wait long (15min avg) and defeats the purpose.
There's long waits on busy breakfast mornings even in app (I ordered ahead and still waited 15-20 minutes inside, and I came late.
total 30+min to get a platter ready).
Pick up mobile order in drive thru "they don't have the order" every single time and have to show them the app - so I always go in (half the time they still "don't have the order" going inside).
They've switched to seasoned crinkle fries.
They don't have some of the drinks it says they do in the app.
They should've made this a location with chicken, and that would've up the competition .

Ordered drive through, everything is fine accept I had to remind them for the sauce & i ordered a 5 piece tender meal and only got three pieces.
Just basic counting, i mean come on

Food is good service is fast.
However I’ve been twice.
The first time the order was wrong.
Paid for a double frisco and got a single.
Also paid for a double cheeseburger and a bacon double.
Got a bacon single and a single.
Had already made it home so didn’t bother to call or go back.
Today got what seems to be a small fry in place of a large.
Again I’ve made it home so it is what it is.
