October 03, 2024I visited Wendy's at Cape Coral recently, expecting a quick bite, and was a bit disappointed. The drive-thru wait was a lengthy 10 minutes, followed by another 15 minutes inside for my order.
I ordered the classic Chicken Sandwich and a side of chili; sadly, the chicken was quite overcooked and dry. The fries were a mix of cold and burnt, which was disappointing.
On the brighter side, the staff was friendly and the restaurant was wheelchair-accessible. I appreciate the convenience of their offerings, but I hope they can improve on food quality and wait times. Maybe next time will be better...? 🍔
