The staff was so kind after I explained that I was on my way to the care center for hospice for my sister.We both love the 3 berry frosty. They put the two in a bucket of ice for me to take up to the center and be as fresh as if we were getting them there.Service and kindness are something you don't see very often in the world today. Dave would be very proud. ❣️❣️
Super impressed at their customer service even during the late night rush.Food was prepared fast and perfectly made.It's especially nice to feed 6 for under $40!! Thanks Wendy's for having affordable and tasty food still.
We eat here occasionally.This time the meal was less than expected.The meals we ordered didn't have the fries with it.The server was apologetic and got the fries for our order.Then we discovered one of the sandwiches we ordered didn't have the bacon on it.Also the same sandwich was cold like it had been sitting on the line for awhile. Everytime we go there we have to go back and get them to make the order right.Very disappointed in the quality of service from this location.The only reason we go back is because it's close to where we live and my granddaughter likes the chicken nuggets. If not those 2 reasons we would probably go to a different location.
