This location has gone down hill drastically over the past few months.
The woman manager they have is always complaining and threatening to quit.
The last few times I have gone there she tells me this.
The past 4 times I have gone there my order is wrong, always forgetting something.
Yesterday I went in and made sure everything was in the bag only to get home and discover my double cheeseburger was actually a single cheese.
I called and talked to the guy manager and was told mistakes happen and they are short staffed so I need to be more understanding.
No, for the price I pay for their food, they need to make sure the orders proper and complete.
Being short staffed means it might take a little more time.
Not caring and/or not paying attention is when things get missed or done wrong.
I would rather wait longer for a perfect order than get everything quickly, only to get home and discover it is wrong.
The other customer behind me also said that this location has gotten bad recently and they eat here at least once a week they said.
The computers are always down too only able to do mobile orders, which I always do

Hunter was the best part of my experience at this location.
very friendly, acccomodating, and helpful.
when i asked for extra sauce, he gave it to me, no complaints.
100/10 experience, yes i mean 100.

I just worked a 12-hour shift with no lunch break.
I just got off work and drove to this location at 12:30 a.m.
to eat my favorite nuggets in the world.
The unprofessional, rude teenagers currently working tonight, June 5th, 2024, told me when I pulled into the drive thru that they are closed because they get off in 30 minutes and are cleaning.
They said we only will do mobile orders.
So I quickly ordered my meal and paid 18 dollars and then pulled back into the drivethru at 12:34 and they said sorry we are closed you have to call and get a refund tomorrow.
I hope a manager reaches out to me to make this right.
