I had an online pick-up order and the order was done in a timely manor.However, the smoothie was made wrong and tasted gross to say the least. Unfortunately, this was not the first time they messed my order up, it happens often.Please do better, as I don't always have time to come get my order remade. Today, I drove back up there and they remade the order without hesitation.I'd consider that a win...

I love the island green smoothie.The consistency is better than the one out Maumee, their smoothies are runny.Here they are thick but creamy.I like it because it's not bitter.It has a really good sweet to it..please stay this way.Do not change.Good day.

I ordered my food through the tropical smoothie app 2/5/24, door dash picked my order up and delivered it to the wrong address because they had a double order.I had to contact door dash and tropical smoothie MULTIPLE TIMES.Door dash refunded my money back to tropical smoothie, tropical smoothie told me I had to wait until the manager got to it.I then was able to speak with the manager and she told me I had to wait to a higher up manager get to it.Then I was told, they had to request a refund for my money.I was then told they couldn’t do it cause it was over $20.Then was told they were able to do it, but something is wrong with their refund system and I have to wait until it’s fixed in order for me to get my money back.It is now 2/17/24 and I’m still waiting for my refund of $24.86 to be sent back to my Apple Pay.
