Not the greatest customer service. No smiles.Very slow.People had to ask for simple items such as ketchup. No courteous behavior.Bathrooms are gross. The building needs genuine repair. As does there sign and parking lot.Garbage cage is wrecked and visually a sad piece of the restaurant environment. The curtains are lackluster in color.Bench seats are ripped. The awning is wrecked at the drive thru. This place is in desperate need of a remodel and appropriate training in customer service etiquette.
would've loved to have left 5 stars, but unfortunately they had no wi-fi, which was the only reason I came here. I work from home and brought my car to the U-Haul down the street to have a hitch installed. I know Wendy's has free wi-fi; they advertise it all over the place, and even in this location, they had a Wi-fi bar with power outlets, and I was like sweet, this is going to work. But sadly, I couldn't find the wi-fi on my laptop, and when I went up and asked the guy who works here if they have wi-fi, he said "sorry, we don't" in a way that made it seem like they never have and they never will have wi-fi. The surrounding area is pretty rough, so I was happy that I'd have a place to eat and work out of, but alas, I had to use my phone's hotspot to work. Thankfully, I had amazing reception (ATT 5g which normally doesn't have reception anywhere). Aside of the wi-fi, I wanted to add that the restaurant itself is immaculate, very clean, the guy who took my order was great, and the food was incredibly fresh. Coffee was also on point. Fix the wi-fi Wendy's!
Slightly below average Wendy's.Would come back for a quick bite but the fries were kinda weird tasting and they didn't understand us very well.If a Good Wendy's is rated it's at best a 4, this wasn't a bad Wendy's but probably just a tick under average.Burgers were normal.
