Wendy's

If I was writing a novel about "Wendy's", it would be called "45 minute wait but I still gave them five stars". Around 4:15 p.m., my Wendy's coupon and I decided to go to Wendy's.
I walk inside the restaurant and think nothing about it.
While I waited to placed my order, I noticed the speed of pace behind their counter. When people was coming from left to right at the drive thru and at the counter, I felt like I was in the middle of a big thunderstorm. We have door dash people coming in and regular customer coming in while the drive thru was packed.
It was chaos.
I was still waiting for my food. So I waited and waited and waited and waited for a whole 45 minute but I remain calm because I understood their situation. After being waiting for 45 minute without complaining, they were very care enough to up size my meal and gave me a free nuggets. Even though my comment about Wendy's wasn't a novel, I really appreciate the thought and the offer.

Just like all the other Wendys, totally over priced.
5 dollars for a Dave's Single Burger?? The only redeeming quality they have is the fact that they are pretty quick and the employees are very polite.

Drive-thru Greensboro, NC: You can hear the indifference in the person taking the order.
We had three orders.
I got a Wendy's single, unsweetened tea.
The sign said $4.89.
The total they charged me (no smiles and irritated demeanor) was over $10.
They gave me HOT sweet tea , the ice had melted, and it was still hot.
I headed it back and told her it was sweet.
She handed it back and said, "it's unsweet." We asked for salt 4 times and finally spelled it bc she acted like she had no idea what salt was.....got salt with attitude.
Because of the service and a line of cars behind us, I just kept my mouth shut.
Not that it would have helped the situation at all anyway.
I got a burger with no vegetables, two slices of meat, no pickles.....
took one bite and threw it away, disgusting.
This will be the last time I visit Wendy's.
