I recently visited the Wendy's on Gest St, and it was a mixed bag! 🍔 I ordered the classic Biggie Bag and was excited to dig in.
The drive-thru was busy, and I decided to go inside to pick up my app order. Unfortunately, I had to wait nearly 25 minutes for my food, which felt excessive given I had ordered ahead. The lobby was a bit messy and chaotic, with some unruly teens adding to the atmosphere.
On a positive note, the staff remained professional during a rush and handled everything with grace. The food was delicious, but I hope they streamline the pickup process for future visits... 👀
