I always seem to have problems at this Wendy's...I ordered the pretzel baconator combo...I arrive and since I'm the only customer inside, the cashier quickly starting working on my order... problem 1? No pretzel buns...cashier had to go make my order since no one else seemed to be doing so...she tells me there's no pretzel bun, but there's no solution....because... problem 2? I ordered in the app! Due to the app not syncing with the actual inventory, you can order things the location doesn't have...AND... problem 3? The store can't refund online orders! So they couldn't give me the difference in price from the Pretzel to regular Baconator... Now, I'm calm...I just worked 9 hours and I'm hungry, but not hangry yet! I talk to the manager, and that just upset me...no introduction...no apology..no let's see what we can do...just an apathetic person, who keeps saying he can't do anything...I ordered a couple of solutions, 'how about an order of nuggets or fries for the inconvenience? ' After about a minute of back and forth, he just walked away...no solution! Another worker sees me standing there after the so-called manager walked away and asked what I was waiting for? He apologized, said the manager said to give me fries, and he made my burger on a regular bun.Everything was burned and didn't seem to be the right size...DON'T GO TO THIS WENDY'S!
I don’t know what’s been going on but every time I order from this restaurant, they are always giving me a dry bun with no food on it.Y’all need to do better.next time I won’t be so nice.
The drive thru was closed because a customer was holding the line up for, you guessed it "incorrect order" I go inside and I'm the second person in line.Order was taken at 7:44pm.Still didn't get my order til after 8:00pm.Not like I had a huge order, a simple $6 biggie bag.The manager so busy going back and forth with the person in the drive thru, they somehow still messed up my simple order.Didn't even put bacon on my burger, got home feeling like they cheated me out my hard earned money.I'll never come back here, worst Wendy's in the city!!! Half the time they say "we only doing uber eats and grubhub orders at the moment" so they don't care about the customer who take the time to even come to this joke of an establishment.Save your money!!!!
