I recently visited Wendy's on S Stony Island Ave in Chicago, and let’s say it was a mixed bag. 🙃

I was excited to try their Pretzel Baconator combo, but unfortunately, they were out of pretzel buns... They kindly offered me a regular Baconator instead. While the staff did their best, I felt a bit of a disconnect with the management; an acknowledgment of the mishap would’ve been nice.

The burger was decent, but slightly overcooked. The fries were a surprising treat, thankfully! This location has potential, but it could use some attention to service and quality control. I might give it another shot, but with cautious optimism...
