Wendy's

Worst experience.
No one was willing to take our order, stared at us and ignored us until I asked if they were taking orders.
A lady told me sarcastically that I could just order from the kiosk, because “the guy isn’t up here.” Husband’s food was good, but my baked potato was hard and dry, flaking off on one side so I asked for another one.
The guy helping me with that was kind and delightful to speak with.
This was after 9:30, we dined in.
There were 5+ other people inside ordering and eating.
They close at 2am according to their site.
One door was unlocked and the other locked, so people were coming in the unlocked door.
My husband saw a man trying to enter at 9:45 on the locked side and he let him in to help.
They started telling this man that their lobby had been closed since 9pm and “we don’t know who let you in.” He asked if they wanted him to come through the drive thru instead and they snapped back “well you’re already in here now.” The man thanked my husband after receiving his order and apologized for any inconvenience.
The worker then yelled at my husband from the back “Sir, don’t let anyone else in here!” My husband apologized again - it was not clear at all that they didn’t want guests in.
One door was still unlocked as they were yelling at him.
No one should be spoken to like that.
They were extremely rude and unprofessional.

When working in Donelson area, I go to this Wendy's on my lunch breaks.
I never been inside the restaurant because I always place my orders through the drive thru.
Service is fast, staff has been courteous, and the food is fine.
Easy access to the interstate is a plus.

Salad was good, service was weird.
The drive up was long, I came inside and was the only customer.
About 5 people working and they were all in slow motion like robots.
None even talked to each other! Guy walked up to register and didn't say anything, so I told him I wanted the salad, his only words were my total and he walked away.
Then I waited, and waited, and waited...
Wasnt sure what was happening.
All crew just kept doing their thing...
They all seemed busy but slow.
Finally after about 15 min the same guy walked up to counter and sets bag down and walked away.
So weird and uncomfortable.
