One of the best experiences I’ve had at a Chili’s! It started with the staff, they were very friendly, prompt, and accommodating! My food came out pretty quickly, and was super fresh and delicious.Both the managers and the waitress checked on us and made sure that we had everything that we needed.I truly feel like they have instilled a culture of customer service.

We tried to give them grace but this was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had so it should be documented.The food was bad and the staff were unprofessional.Multiple kitchen staff and our waiter smelled like pot.They should smoke less- because it showed in the service.The interactions were awkward at best, all the food arrived at once and the food was not good.Our appetizer (dip trio) wasn’t good quality and the dips were not good or heated properly.Our entrees were laughable.The chicken sandwich was tuff and soggy.Our waiter didn’t ask how we wanted the burger cooked (which is fine I can do whatever) but it was When it was pointed out to our waiter they didn’t offer to fix the issue and made us feel awkward for asking to have it fixed.We were using a gift card so i didn’t have high expectations from the visit.It’s just wild how every single part of the service and food was bad.

Bartender was not friendly.Nor did she want to make our drinks until we put our food order in.Made us shout our order across the bar so she could stand next to the computer. She greeted another man beside us who wanted to place Togo order but made him get up from the bar to walk over to the computer to place the order in the computer and made him stand to wait for his order.She also did not sanitize where we were sitting from previous customers w food all over the bar top.Gross, unprofessional and honestly ruined our lunch.
