Walker's BBQ is an absolute treasure! 🌟 I finally returned after a long break and couldn't be happier. The center-cut ribs are a must-try - smoky and perfectly seasoned! The potato salad is just as incredible. I also indulged in the Cochon de Lait po'boy, which was moist and tasty, perfectly balanced with a touch of sweetness from the slaw.

Even when we arrived close to closing time, the staff were accommodating and friendly, making us feel welcome. Don’t miss the peach cobbler - sweet, flaky goodness! Just wish they were open more often... but it's always worth the wait! 🍑🥩
