Cajun Shack NOLA is a hidden gem for seafood lovers! 🦐

During my visit to New Orleans, I stumbled upon this casual spot and couldn’t resist trying their renowned seafood boil. The flavor was perfectly balanced - no overwhelming cayenne heat, just right! I also loved the garlic crawfish, bursting with flavor!

The staff were friendly, offering to taste various dishes. It does have a takeaway-only setup, which is a bit disappointing, but the free parking is a nice perk! I’ll definitely return for more grilled shrimp... just hope for better seasoning next time! 😊
