Great nice courteous customer service that greets you warmly as soon as you walk in the door.
Get treated kinda like family and they make sure your visit is above satisfactory.
And the food is beyond delicious.
And they have not ever made a mistake on any of my food orders.

They got my order halfway wrong and all I ordered was one meal and that was for myself.
And I had just told em five mins before they were putting it together what my order was so dang t they have a short memory.
Everything takes teamwork in that kind of business.
If the cook messed up and read the order wrong then the server should have caught his mistake while she was organizing my order getting it ready for presentation .
But the food was good as usual can’t go wrong with Waffle House

1st time at waffle house and it was bomb the people were so friendly and the hygiene was on point...went back a second time before leaving Macon GA & was greeted with a warm welcome from the entire staff...they even remembered me from the week prior...they are definitely the spot to go to THANK YOU PENNY SHAE SHENIA JORDAN AND CINDY FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AT WAFFLE HOUSE
