This waffle house was busy and that is not necessarily bad.Me and two kids were able to order and get our food in less than 20 minutes.I am guessing that they are still following COVID protocols because we were given individually wrapped plastic ware that had the salt and pepper included and that is fine although I am not a fan but understand it helps and cuts down on dish washing.Food was good and kids were happy so calling it a win.
This location was on point and a heck of a lot better than the next one we visited.Food was great, service was perfect, clean and bug free atmosphere. This location was closed the second time around and we had to go to a different location.Big mistake, as the second location was horrible.Next time, we will just wait for this one to open back up.
Food was burnt and overcooked, ALL patty melts were missing the onions and pickles AND the meat was dry.I also ordered a side of sausage and never received it.The hash browns were good.
