Viva Burrito Co. is a delightful gem tucked away on E Tanque Verde Rd. 🌮 The casual atmosphere makes it perfect for a quick bite or a cozy meal with friends.

I tried the steak and cheese taco plate - definitely a solid choice! While the chile relleno was a bit on the smaller side, the flavor more than made up for it, paired beautifully with rice and beans.

Their chips and salsa bar is decent, though the red salsa packs a fiery punch! 🔥 And kudos to the staff for their quick service, even rectifying a small mix-up with my order - much appreciated!
