Do not go to this place if you are already hungry.
You need to go when you think you are starting to get hungry.
The food here is amazing and is second to none, but the food is made to order and is fresh.
It is not uncommon to wait 45 minutes to a hour and a half for your food.
It is worth the wait though because what you get is amazing delicious food! The waittress staff is always friendly and courteous as well.

This is definitely a hidden gem of a restaurant.
The food was great and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We came here on a Sunday right at opening (11am).
You pick up a menu when you get in and pick a table to sit at.
A waitress/waiter will stop by your table and hand you a buzzer, and when your buzzer turns on, you walk up to the cashier where they will take your order. For our appetizer, we had their pretzels and dip - very delicious.
For our main dish, we had red beans & rice with a side of fried chicken, cornbread, and greens.
The other dish was shrimp and crawfish ettoufee with a side of Cajun cream corn.
The portions were very generous and tasted very good. The only negative review I can say is that where we were seated, there was a number of gnats flying around but nonetheless, I would definitely recommend!
