Viet Kitchen is a cozy gem tucked away in Albuquerque! 🌟 I visited for dinner and tried the beef pho and vegetable spring rolls, both beautifully presented and full of fresh flavors. The pho was delightful - especially with the extra herbs and sauces.
Although the menu could be a bit tricky for non-Vietnamese speakers, the friendly staff were eager to help! I did notice a soap shortage in the bathroom, which was a bit odd, but overall, a pleasant experience.
