My experience at Vessel Kitchen was exceptional, and I loved the variety they offer in their healthy food menu.
Every dish we ordered was truly delicious and demonstrates that you can eat tasty and healthy food at the same time.
I highly recommend this option to those who want to take care of their diet without sacrificing flavor. The restaurant’s ambiance is impeccable; everything is clean, organized, and beautifully decorated.
I was able to enjoy my meal calmly, which is something I greatly value.
Although parking space is limited, it is possible to find street parking nearby. In summary, Vessel Kitchen provides an excellent culinary experience for those seeking healthy and delicious options.
Its welcoming atmosphere and the quality of its food make it worth a visit.
I recommend it without hesitation and will definitely return as soon as I have the opportunity. They are always attentive and ready to assist with any requests or questions you may have during your dining experience.

A place where you can eat real food that tastes fresh! They have options kids would eat.
My kids loved the Mac and cheese and pita strips.
The roasted chicken, sweet potatoes and kale salad I got were also pretty good.

I LOVED my experience with this place! I found it on maps when staying out of town from Texas.
I had run out of money online & had cash on me, but they didn’t accept cash at the location.
I asked if they could make an exception for me, they got ahold of the manager right away! They were all very nice about it, the manager offered to cover it & take my cash so I was very grateful that I could still pay for & have my order! The food what phenomenal! Exactly what I was craving with gourmet quality but affordable pricing & practical meal ideas! I had the braised beef with so many sides because I wanted to try them all! I had mashed potato’s, brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, broccoli & beets.
They were all incredible & exceeded my expectations! I would love to eat here again when I come back to SLC! I also saw a commercial for their location at the airport when I was leaving! I wanted to go get more but it was so close to time to board.
Thank you for the generosity from the staff, the delightful dinner for my last night in Utah & such a beautiful experience! —Grace
