Veg.Edible is a hidden gem for anyone seeking delicious vegan and gluten-free options! 🌱 During a road trip from Wichita to Fargo, we indulged in their buffalo chicken salad and a mouthwatering patty melt. Everything was fresh and bursting with flavor.
