At Varenichnaya, I found a cozy corner of Russia right in Brighton Beach! 🇷🇺

The homemade potato and mushroom Varenyky were delightfully thin and quite tasty, though they were a lighter version than I anticipated. The borscht stole the show - rich and filling!

I also enjoyed the refreshing Kompot, not overly sweet. Just a heads up: they only accept cash, which was a bit inconvenient.

Despite the minor hiccups, the quick service and authentic flavors made it a worthwhile experience.

Perfect for casual dining with family or friends... I'll definitely be back for more! 😊
