I recently discovered V' Soul Food Shack, and it has quickly become my go-to spot for soul food! 😊 The fried chicken is incredibly crispy and flavorful, while the baked beans blew me away. V even treated us to a sample of his mouthwatering ribs - they practically fell off the bone!

The atmosphere is casual and inviting, making it perfect for a meal with family or friends. Plus, V made us feel like we were part of his family! I can’t wait to come back for more... especially those delicious ribs! Highly recommend this little gem in Portland! 🍗❤️
