The Country Cat at PDX is a delightful surprise for airport dining! ✈️ I enjoyed the fried chicken sandwich made with a juicy thigh, perfectly fried and paired with a zesty chicken salad that featured capers - a unique touch!
The ambiance is casual and cozy, making it a great spot to relax during a flight delay. The staff was super friendly, and service was impressively fast.
Although the menu is concise, I appreciated the variety and quality. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a quick bite before boarding... Can't wait to return! 🍗🥗
