We kicked off our meal with the Ukrainian borscht and Mermaid salad, both bursting with flavor. The potato vareniki were delicious, but the kebabs and Chahohbili stole the show - hands down the best kebab I've ever had! Don't skip the fresh bread to soak up those luscious sauces.
