I came here last year and it seemed to be undergoing renovations.I came back again this time and the interior lighting was brighter and the environment was better.I dined here with my husband today and the service was very good!
The quality of food is way down.Tried the new meaty mega omelette and the sausage was burnt. The omelettes are never fluffy anymore. They are always so thin.My husband’s sausage was burnt as well. You can see the size difference between one cooked right and one over cooked. They never give you enough butter for the pancakes.1 dollop is not enough for 3 pancakes.Waitress is always nice but they could come back to ck on the table more. They almost never give us straws, which is annoying.

BARB, we are known for attentive service with delicious food, but it sounds like you didn’t receive that experience. Please copy and paste this link into your web browser so we can get just a little more info and we will have the Philadelphia IHOP franchisee follow up with you: https://empli.fi/cs/ih77899887
We went to this iHop location this morning to have our breakfast. My wife ordered a strawberry bannana french toast.I ordered their chocolate chip pancakes. We also had a side of fried shrimp. They served us coffee first while we waited for the food. The server was friendly and the atmosphere was very warm. The restaurant was packed with customers.Loved the overall vibe.We will definitely go back.
