I recently visited Under the Volcano, and what a delightful experience! 🥳 The atmosphere is laid-back yet trendy, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a drink or two.

I indulged in their delicious tacos on Taco Tuesday, which were solid, but could have used a tad more spice for my liking. However, the freshly squeezed grapefruit juice was a standout! 🍹

With live music on Wednesdays and a jukebox full of eclectic tunes, this place has a fantastic vibe. Really loved the casual setting and friendly service! Can't wait to come back for Happy Hour... Will definitely try their empanadas next time! 🎶🌮
