Not far from the River Walk and the Pearl, this restaurant offers onsite parking.
Its main attraction is a large patio with open bar seating. The menu features a huge selection of burgers, including some unconventional choices. Additionally, there’s a nice variety of cocktails available.
The service is great, and the ambiance is fun.
It’s definitely a great place not just to eat, but also to enjoy time with friends and family.

I wanted to enjoy some food and adult beverages on a patio.
Tycoon flats was perfect for all these points.
Our server was amazing - so attentive and friendly.
The owner also stopped by to introduce himself and stayed busy talking to customers and clearing tables.
They have a good beer menu and tasty shakes.
For food, we ordered chips and queso (just okay) then each ordered a different burger for dinner.
Our burgers were all actually cooked perfectly.
Everything we ordered came out really fast.
The patio is amazing- lots of space, lots of shade, and lots of fans.
