Tropical Treats by Lucy is a hidden gem in Lubbock! 🌺 We decided to try their takeout for dinner, and the friendly staff walked us through the vibrant menu.

The chicken inasal was perfectly smoky and juicy, while the pork sisig was tender and subtly sweet - a true delight! The pork liempo was quite spicy, with an addictive crunch from the onions.

And don’t miss the halo halo for dessert! The purple ice cream and flan were heavenly, despite the beans at the bottom being a bit surprising. Can't wait to return for more delicious dishes! 🍽️✨
