Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory is my favorite spot for Tex-Mex! 🌮 Their tortillas are incredibly fresh, and the hot salsa is a must-try!

I recently enjoyed the smothered burrito, and while the flavor was spot on, I couldn't help but notice the portion sizes have shrunk a bit.

The breakfast tacos had great potential, but the bacon & egg was overly salty and felt a bit sparse.

Despite some recent inconsistencies, I still love this place and plan to return for their creamy guacamole and enchiladas soon!

Let’s hope the quality improves... 💕
