Couldn’t understand them in the drive thru so I pulled forward.
After sitting there five minutes they told me the drive thru was closed.
Their registers worked just fine 3 feet away from the drive thru registers, they’re just rude and lazy.
Didn’t bother going in, clearly service is their lowest priority.

Took 45 minutes on a night that was not busy to get an acai bowl.
I was literally ignored by the employee working the drive thru.
Came inside and eventually was noticed and placed order.
One employee must have hid, apparently scared of work, and the other employee finally brought the order.
Will not be back.
