I recently visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen on Airport Blvd, and while I was excited for their spicy chicken sandwich, the experience left me a bit disappointed.

The food was delicious, but I had to wait longer than expected, even though there were no other cars in line. I felt rushed at the drive-thru and had to park for my order, which took nearly 20 minutes to arrive.

The staff could use a refresher on customer service, as they seemed overwhelmed, even though it wasn't busy. The chicken is definitely a highlight, but I hope they can improve on service in the future! 🍗
