Initially, I was surprised to discover that this place is actually a hotel (a nice one too).
Nevertheless, I was told at the front door that the restaurant was open to the public.
Parking is not the best but they do offer valet parking for $10.
It has a very nice atmosphere.
It is very big so you get to choose your favorite corner.
The food was excellent.
Everything we ate was fresh and delicious.
I went during happy hour, and considering the quality of the food, the prices were very reasonable.
The only thing is that the menu online says that they have Salteñas (Bolivian empanadas/patties), which I was really looking forward to having, but they don't.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and I do plan on returning.

My girlfriend and I went for Happy Hour and Toro didn’t disappoint.
I think we tried all the small bites.
The pork belly tacos were good but the corn tortillas were rock hard other than that the flavor was great! Shrimp Cocktail was really flavorful.
The truffle fries were good too, the shishito peppers were okay… the aioli was good but the peppers were Just ok.
Out service was great.
We want to try the brunch sometime soon.

Our waiter was awesome.
Had some delicious empanadas and flambé salmon rolls.
The burger is delicious, paired with some truffle fries and pork belly Mac n cheese.
Also had la bomba dessert, super tasty.
The sangria is also super good.
