SOL Mexican Cocina is a gem tucked in Cherry Creek! 🌮✨ The ambiance is cozy with a lovely fireplace, perfect for a date night. The Tacos a la Carta let me sample unique flavor combinations, and each bite was delightful. The margaritas are a must-try - best I've had! Just a heads up, service was a bit slow during our visit (especially on a busy night), but the wait was worth it. Can’t wait to visit again for their happy hour and explore more of their menu! 🍹❤️
