Called in a sandwich order the other day and the young man on the phone was confident and helpful, which made me feel good about the decision to call.
When I arrived I went to the call-in counter at the front (there was a line of 4-5 people waiting to order), and the same guy recognized me, worked me in to his work flow, and sent me on my way in short order.
A very positive experience - wish I had his name so I could call him out, but good job hiring him.

I would give them 0.000000 stars cuz they have written on google their store closes at 10 and at 9 pm their doors are shut… we even called ahead to order them at 8:45 but they didn’t accept our order we love supporting businesses but one should be respectful with customers The employee was mean and rude when asked if they open.

I ordered the pastrami #9.
The pastrami was old, grisly and very little on the sandwich.
The sandwich was mostly lettuce and very little pickles, tomatoes etc.
It definitely was not worth the cost.
