Toan's at Sun Plaza offers a cozy introduction to Vietnamese cuisine right in Sector 4. The Pho Bo was flavorful and quite satisfying, although I would have loved more fresh herbs like basil and cilantro to elevate it further.

I also tried the Bún Bò Nam Bô, which had a delightful mix of textures, but my experience was a bit marred by discovering a hair in my dish. Overall, not perfect, but I appreciated the warm atmosphere and friendly staff. I might come back for another taste! 🌿
