Very disappointing Thursday evening meal.The lack of diners should have given us a clue, but we were tired and just wanted to eat in the hotel where we are staying.The ravioli was hard with the texture of cardboard with 3 bullets of al dente veg dancing mockingly with their 3 small shrimp partners around my plate.The sauce was quite bland but passable. Chicken breast was dry and unimaginatively served with a skid mark of pretentious tasteless jus rather than a proper sauce.We have travelled extensively around the world including the Mediterranean and this would be a poor meal anywhere, but in a 4 star international hotel chain this is inexcusable.Service was good but we were the only ones in the restaurant.Update and improved rating following guest breakfast the next morning.The mainly self service buffet breakfast for guests is excellent with plenty of choice and good quality produce.Overall revised to 4 stars.
Nice atmosphere with piano player on outside terrace and friendly staff but the service took so long and the main course was incredibly poor: tough, dry out tuna in terrible pastry crust and a over done sea bass all like it had been left on the hot plate too long.A real shame.We were staying in the Crowne Plaza which is connected but when we mentioned this to reception they said it was nothing to do with them & the restaurant denied anything was wrong.Poor.

Food was tasty, service was good.I think it is a bit too expensive for the overall quality, but i can't complain about the experience.
