They kept answering the phone as if they were Del taco and I wish I would’ve gotten a cheeseburger from Del taco because it would’ve been better!! Unfortunately, I went here.
Please see all photos. We even tipped them!! and they could care less about it so I wouldn’t tip them at all anymore if I were you? These people are TRASH Please look at every single one of the images and videos I shared, and what a rediculous business this is … None of these people should be working here All I wanted was a burger after working an 8 hr shift My fiancé went to go pick it up and was treated very rudely by the staff When she got the food home everything was wrong with the order and when we tried to call back they kept on answering the phone saying hello this is Del taco and they were messing around the entire time with us I have alll the screenshots! They called their manager, who was not even on duty so they had no MOD didn’t even know what MOD meant !! And his excuse was, they were afraid of me and that’s why they kept on doing what they did The managers name was Joe He was under the impression I had to listen to what he had to say and at that point I had already been on the phone for over 30 minutes and I was done listening He called me from his personal cell phone and then tried to tell me I was being rude to him after I waited over 30 minutes on two separate cell phones, trying to speak with anyone at that place and they would not answer the phone And then he tells me that I’m the one being rude ?!! I have recordings of them telling me.
Hey welcome to “del taco” We even left them a three dollar tip and paid $33 for two burgers !!! What a joke this place is !!!!!!! I really hope Jim reads this.

You guys messed with the wrong one this time All of those people should lose their jobs!!! including Natalie, who passed the phone off without even telling me, and then try to make me repeat myself to someone else after I just explained everything for over two minutes to her The second girl that I spoke to would not even give me her name and she said “I don’t have to give you that” Is it in your policy to give some of your first name when you call?!!!! That was the rudest response ever after we tipped you three dollars for doing nothing? Thanks for everything “no name” It’s not going to be hard for them to narrow it down because I know Natalie was on the phone and she passed it to you There cannot be that many people working last night on July 2, 2024… Whoever was next to Natalie should lose their job for real You should all lose your job right now And if anyone thinks I’m being harsh, you should’ve been there yesterday when they treated us like crap for over 30min! I have way more unanswered phone calls recorded, but I don’t feel like I need to send them right now I’ll send them later on YouTube Just to show exactly how bad this restaurant is I HATE ONIONS UNLESS THEY ARE GRILLED! WE BOTH DO!! BOTH BURGERS HAD ONIONS!! And then they treat us like that??? Everyone just kept passing the phone to everyone else And their excuse was they’re young they don’t know what they’re doing, so why are they working there and why are you paying them money? If they don’t know what they’re doing they don’t know how to do their job correctly. I have been on the toilet all morning.
I had to cancel my work today because I’ve been throwing up and pooping all day!!!!!!! On top of that the burger sucked !!! so I have to go through all of this pain for a crappy burger I am so upset right now

TK Burger is this cute little restaurant across the street from the beach and you can sit outside to eat and enjoy the view.
You get your food minutes after you order.
It has good prices.
The Big Bargain Special is my favorite.
They cook the burger patty just right.
The burger is a good portion, not too small, not too big.
It’s the most perfect and delicious burger I’ve had.
Definitely in the top 3.
The fries have the perfect amount of crunch to them.
Some of the best fries I’ve had! The meal did not make you feel gross after eating like McDonald’s for example.
It feels like actual good food that leaves you satisfied and not feeling gross or like you are greasy food.
It was a delicious meal that leaves you wanting more.
I would eat this everyday if I lived next to one.

Great view, great food! Service was amazing-fast, friendly, and working hard!
